Put some nonfat Greek Yogurt into a little dish. How much? I don't know, however much you're going to have. But it's got to be Greek yogurt, regular yogurt will not do. Put in salt, pepper, and lots of dill. Let it sit there while you do the rest.
Get a small 100% whole wheat pita (I like Trader Joe's Apocryphal pita, 80 calories). Tear it into pieces or, if you're too anal, cut it. Put the pita pieces on a cookie sheet. Spray over the top with Olive Oil Pam (lightly!), then add salt and pepper. Bake these at 350-375ish until they're as crispy as you like them.
Dip the pita chips into the yogurt. You can dip some veggies too.
Normally I hate these stupid fake diet "See, you can have junk food made the healthy way!" substitutions, but this is really good. It runs me about 150 calories with carrots too.
And in case you're keeping score, no, this didn't come from the book, but all the ingredients are on the food list, so it doesn't count as cheating.
